આ યોજના રાજયના તમામ જિલ્લાના ગ્રામ્ય તેમજ શહેરી વિસ્તારના (નગરપાલિકા વિસ્તાર, મહાનગર પાલિકા વિસ્તાર અને નોટીફાઇડ એરીયા) ગ્રામ્ય વિકાસ વિભાગ અને શહેરી વિકાસ વિભાગ હેઠળ નોંધાયેલા ગરીબી રેખા હેઠળ જીવતા કુટુંબ (મહત્તમ પ વ્યકિત સુધી) ને લાગુ પાડવામાં આવી છે. તેમજ હાલ મા વાત્સલ્ય યોજના અંતર્ગત “વાર્ષિક રૂ. ૧.૨૦ લાખથી ઓછી આવક ધરાવતા નીચલા મધ્યમ વર્ગના પરિવારોની તમામ મહિલાઓ અને તેમના ૨૧ વર્ષથી ઓછી ઉંમરના બાળકો’’ ને લાભ આપવામાં આવશે. |

યોજના અંતર્ગત સહાય/લાભ |
આ યોજના હેઠળ કેન્સરનાં ઓપરેશનો અને કીમોથેરાપીની સારવાર માટે કુટુંબદિઠ વાર્ષિક મહત્તમ રૂ.૨,૦૦,૦૦૦/-(અંકે રૂપિયા બે લાખ) સુધીની કેશલેશ સારવાર આપવામાં આવે છે. |

આ યોજના હેઠળ કેન્સરનાં ઓપરેશનો અને કીમોથેરાપીની સારવાર માટે સારવાર પેકેજીસ નકકી કરેલ છે. આ યોજના હેઠળ અમારી નાડકર્ણી હોસ્પિટલ કરારબધ્ધ થયેલ છે. અમારી નાડકર્ણી હોસ્પિટલ-કિલ્લા પારડીમાં લાભાર્થીને સારવારનો લાભ મળવા પાત્ર થાય છે. |
